How availability works
- If the top spot is free, only the top spot is offered.
- If top is taken, the second spot is offered.
- If top and second are taken, the third spot is offered.
- If all three are taken, that location is unavailable.
Major-city pricing currently applies to: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Bristol, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and more large UK cities listed in config.

Monthly featured placement can only be bought for a listing that already exists in the directory. A paid placement does not require claiming the listing first, but it can only run in the location pages selected and paid for at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds
Need to cancel a featured placement or request a refund?
Featured placements are billed monthly through Stripe. If you want to cancel, update billing details, or ask about a refund, contact us using the same email address used at checkout and include your business/listing name.
Cancellation stops future billing once processed. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially if a placement has already been live for the current billing period.
